Hassan Owoyale said administration of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has brought unprecedented development to the State in the last two years.

He lauded the tremendous achievements recorded by the administration, saying the Governor had justified the purpose to which he was overwhelmingly elected by Kwarans and her residents.

The chairman O2 liberation movement also expressed satisfaction in the positive turnout of most of the policies and programmes of the present administration.

The administration had redefined democracy and placed premium on good governance as manifested in the unparalleled achievements made so far.

I am happy today and glad to say that Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq has not disappointed us. He has been keeping faith with promises made to the people.

“I am convinced by your sterling qualities and I am in no doubt that your administration would do more and achieve more in the remaining years.
