Ecowas Youth Ambassador bags chieftaincy title in ilorin

The leadership of Ilorin Emirates students Union National Headquarters has conffered a chieftaincy title on Hon. Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff as the Seyidu Shabab (Youth leader).

Conferring the title on Hon. Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff as the Seyidu Shabab, the National president of the Union, Sheilk Abdulwaheed Abdulsalam Kajola described him as a worthy young man whose concerns about the heritage of the Ilorin Emirates can’t be underestimated, also, his deeds is worthy of commendation.

Kajola said the title was aimed at demonstrating to others that there is always a reward for those who render selfless services to their communities.

The president said the conferment was to encourage him and also make others emulate his good deeds contributions to the development of the Emirates.

Speaking with newsmen moments after, Honourable Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff, expressed appreciation to the leadership of the Union and the people of the Emirates finding him worthy of the chieftaincy title.

He described the title as a call for more work towards the development of the Emirates. The elated Seyidu Shabab, hon. Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff, an ECOWAS youth ambassador in Nigeria, whose records of impactful deeds cut across the nook and cranny of Kwara state, appreciated the Union. Also, the youth leader charged the young people to strive and leave a footprint of good deeds in their host community, which will in-turn drastically transform the community.

The ceremony which was the last lap of the Union’s week for the year 1443 AH, attracted dignitaries within the Emirates and beyond.
