Empowering Farmers 2025: Jebba Farmers get MOK Foundation Agricultural inputs
In its ongoing effort to boost agricultural productivity and support local farmers, the MOK Foundation has distributed essential farm inputs, including chemicals and sprayers, to farmers in Jebba town, Moro local government area.
The initiative, which aims to enhance crop yields and promote sustainable agricultural practices, is part of the foundation’s ongoing efforts to empower farmers and improve food security in the state.
According to Kwara North Coordinator of the MOK foundation, Sani Alhaji, the farm inputs distributed include agrochemicals, fertilizers, and pesticides, which will enable farmers to effectively control pests and diseases, leading to improved crop yields; it will reach the five local government of Kwara North being an agrarian community.
This development is expected to have a positive impact on the local farming community, enabling them to increase their productivity and improve their livelihoods.
