FEATURED: ENGINEER ROTIMI’S INTERACTIVE AT OKUTA
Engineer Suleiman Rotimi Iliasu, FNSE, alongside his entourage, paid a strategic and impactful visit to Okuta in Baruten Local Government Area as part of his ongoing interactive tour across Kwara North.
The visit commenced with a meeting with the Baruten LG PDP Party Chairman and dedicated party faithfuls, where meaningful discussions were held on strengthening party unity, grassroots mobilization, and advancing a shared vision for inclusive development in the region. The engagement reflected a strong bond between Engr Rotimi and the party structure at the grassroots level.
Following this, the team proceeded to the Emir’s Palace in Okuta, where they were warmly received by His Royal Highness, Dr. Idris Abubakar, the Kperogi Affon Shero Betete III. The respected monarch accorded the delegation a royal welcome and offered his blessings for the journey ahead.
In his remarks, the Emir expressed great admiration for Engr Suleiman Rotimi Iliasu, describing him as “a good man from a good father,” while fondly recalling the legacy of his father, Alhaji Iliasu Rotimi Moro. The monarch’s words highlighted the deep respect and trust the Rotimi family commands within the community.
