By all performance indices and appraisal techniques, Governor Abdulrahmon Abdulrazaq took the mantle of power, swung into action to deliver good governance for Kwarans. Without any iota of doubt, he has performed Excellently well. Gov. Abdulrahmon Abdulrazaq is detail-oriented and result driven. Under 3 years of critical assignment, he responded admirably to challenges, thereby turning a rotten situations to good ones. This unprecedented gestures had attracted many admirals and key project to the state.
Despite operating with a dwindling resources and hyper-pressure political environment, Governor Abdulrahmon Abdulrazaq went an extra mile to sought opportunities to transform/key Kwara to the comity of progressive state.
The policies and programs of Governor Abdulrahmon Abdulrazaq APC led administration are life impactful ones, and massive. The programs are the by-product of blockchain, clustered together to function concurrently, to achieve United Nation target of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG, vision 2030).
They are;
1. *Education:* KWETA is designed to address school infrastructure, teacher training, students attendance, quality of curriculum and learning, parents’ involvement and regulations to support school management. Basically, KWETA serves as a portal to address these deficiencies through various programs e.g kwaraLearn, ICT Digital centers, SUBEB Smart School Project, Renovation of 600 SUBEB Schools. Etc
2. *Healthcare:* Provision of medical equipment and renovation of primary healthcare centers across the state, New VIP ward in GH, new Dentist section, new optician section. The multi Billion Diagnosis center and foreign direct investment; medication and Intravenous (IV) fluid manufacturing company in Asa local government among others. These are designed to curb medical tourist by providing Kwarans with the access to world-class healthcare delivery.
3. *Poverty Alleviation:* Owo Arugbo, Owo Ishowo, Kwaprenuer; 1,2,3. Container Mekunnu.
4. *Job Creation:* Garment factory, Sugar film factory, Virtual Art center, Industrial Part Eyenkorin, Innovation Hub, Sheabutter factory,
5. Provision of General Basic Amenities: Kwara new master plan, Urban renewal project, Osi-Obo Ayiegunle road project, Elesha- Baruba road, Yebmote- Adeta Oloje road project etc.
