Kwara Government sympathises with Lade community over building collapse

The Kwara State Government has commiserated with the people of Lade town in Patigi over the incident of building collapse which unfortunately claimed the life of a young teenager and left two others with various degrees of injury.

Representing the Governor on a condolence visit, Hon. Umar Mohammed Attahiru, Special Adviser, Youth and Sports Development, expressed sympathy to His Royal Highness the Emir of Patigi, Alhaji Umar Bologi II, Lade community and the Ndaka family.

In his brief address, he said, “Inna Lilah Wa Inna Ileihi Rojihuna. On behalf of Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, we are here to deeply sympathize with His Royal Highness Alhaji Umar Bologi II, the good people of Lade and in particular the family of deseased who are bereaved over the unfortunate incident.

“It is so unfortunate that it happened especially to a young promising teenager whose future holds much more.

“We are here to bring the message of hope and comfort to you and your family from Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and good people of Kwara North.

“Please take hearts in the name of Almighty Allah and accept our sympathy. My prayer is that, your family shall not experience such an ugly incident anymore. May the Almighty Allah purify our land from such experience, forgive all the sins of the departed soul and grant him Aljana Firdaous insha Allah,” he concluded.
