Kwara Security: Jimoh Cook Rilwan Pledges Support for ALPSPN Summit

Kwara-born philanthropist and human capacity development advocate, Engr. Jimoh Cook Rilwan, has pledged his support for the forthcoming Security Summit organised by the Association of Licensed Private Security Practitioners of Nigeria (ALPSPN), Kwara State Chapter, in Ilorin.

The gesture further reflects his commitment to initiatives that promote human development, community wellbeing and the advancement of Kwara State.

The event is expected to attract security professionals, industry experts, policymakers, and other key stakeholders to discuss contemporary security challenges and practical ways to improve safety across the state.

A major focus will be strengthening collaboration among private security practitioners, government institutions and communities, while also addressing the professional development and welfare of security personnel.

Given the importance of a secure environment to economic activity, investment and quality of life, the gathering provides an opportunity for stakeholders to exchange ideas and develop practical recommendations that can contribute to a more effective security framework in Kwara.

Engr. Jimoh Cook Rilwan’s pledge is therefore expected to support an initiative that places both public safety and the welfare of those working within the security sector at the centre of its deliberations.

The Chairman of the ALPSPN, Dr Samuel Yusuf Bola, expressed optimism that the engagement will produce useful insights and actionable proposals that can contribute to safer communities and improved security coordination across the state.
