Gadaff campaigns against use of Hard drugs among youth
The youth advocacy, hon. Sulaimon Lekan Gadaff has campaigned against uses of hard drugs among youths in the country.
Gadaff, who made this advocacy at a program host by the leading foundation in Lagos, the Kamal helping hand foundation. The foundation is well known for her philanthropic gestures to the vulnerable people in the society.
Speaking at the event, Gadaff, advised the youths constituency to do away with drug abuse as it’s harmful to the wellbeing of our health.
“To remain heathy, young and gallant, we must shun any form of social vices especially the uses of hard drugs” Gadaff submitted.
The program was targeted at sensitizing the young people about the harmfulness of taking hard drugs substances.
The convener, Mr. Isiak Kamal Atanda from his own part, he equally advised the youth about the implication of being addicted to hard drugs.
“The rate at which Nigerian youths takes drug is seriously alarming, this among other reasons are why our foundation geared up towards campaigning against this menace. However, its should be considered as a responsibility of all” He says.
No any meaningful development can take place in a society where her youths takes hard drugs substances as normal thing.
“You can’t high with drug, but instead keep yourselves fully high with necessary skills required to excel in life, and let’s rally round support for ourselves to grow” Kamal concluded.
